Basic Training Script.

Drill Instructor: Firstly, welcome to Basic Combat Training. I am your Drill Instructor, (Rank, Name). This will be your training to ensure whether or not you fit the Union Army's Standards. You will learn all of the basics you need to know here. If you follow every step and command given, you will pass without a problem. You will address me as and only "Drill Instructor", understood?
Recruit(s): Yes/No, Drill Instructor!
Drill Instructor: When speaking to anyone ranked CWO2+, you will address them as Sir or Ma'am according to their gender. When given a command, your reply should be "Aye, Aye, Sir/Ma'am!". When asked a question by an officer, it will be "No/Yes, Sir/Ma'am!", understood?
Recruit(s): Yes/No, Drill Instructor!
Drill Instructor: We will now start with the Attention procedure. This is one of the most important common commands, but also one of the easiest. When an outranking officer enters the work area, someone will call "Attention!", and you will stand immediately. When at attention, you will not move, you will not talk, you will not turn, not even blow smoke. You will stay in place until "Carry on", "As you were" or "Rest" are said by the officer. The command "At ease" means you must still stay at attention, but you may speak. Understood?
Recruit(s): Yes/No, Drill Instructor!
Practice this procedure with them a few times
Drill Instructor: When you pass training and become a Private, your first orders will be to Fill the Front (FTF) and recruit. When you rank up, you will be able to exceed in more duties. If you need to go AFK, you must Fill the Back (FTB). If you are caught AFK in the front row, you will be kicked with a warning. If you continue to go AFK in the front row, you will be faced with bigger consequences. Understood?
Recruit(s): Yes/No, Drill Instructor!
Drill Instructor: When in the Headquarters (HQ), you must have motto, supporters badge and uniform on at all times. You will face consequences if you are caught without any of them several times. Understood?

Drill Instructor: In the Union Army, there are three core values in which are to be used by all Marines as a way of common courtesy. These core values are: Honor, Courage and Commitment.
Honor is simply the integrity you bring, and the respect for you fellow Marines.
Courage is the mental, moral and physical strength ingrained in Marines.
Commitment is the spirit of determination and dedication found in Marines. Do you understand these core values?
Ask them to repeat the three Core Values on whisper.

Drill Instructor: Please pay close attention, for this next procedure is very detailed. The reporting protocol. Reporting is mainly used for promotions. Rarely used for demotions, but it's possible. An officer will call "Attention!" inside the HQ, and address a Marine and tell them to "Report". When reporting, you will walk up to the officer, salute, and say "Sir/Ma'am, [RANK] [NAME] Reporting as Ordered, Sir/Ma'am!". The officer will then continue. When you are "Dismissed", you will salute once again, then you will return to your position at attention. Is all of this understood?
Recruit(s): Yes/No, Drill Instructor!
Practice this procedure with the recruit(s) until they have mastered it. If they make several mistakes, you will have to fail them. It is on your discretion on whether or not they can retake BCT

When you return to HQ, you will Fill the front and begin recruiting. Welcome to the Corps!
